Warranty Policy
WARRANTY SERVICE CONDITIONS
The standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale. In case of registration on the EMTOP website.
The owner of the tool has the right to have the product repaired free of charge during the warranty period for defects resulting from manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover
interchangeable accessories (attachments and equipment), for example: discs, knives, drills, chucks, sander and belt machine soles, filters, etc.
wearing parts such as: carbon brushes, drive belts, oil seals, guards, tension rollers, rubber seals, bearings, toothed belts and wheels, barrels, etc. Their replacement during the warranty period is a paid service.
power cords, in case of damage to the insulation, must be replaced without the owner's consent (paid service).
replacement of the body of the power tool.
Warranty repair is not carried out in the following cases:
The tool is used for purposes other than those specified in the operating instructions.
failure due to overload (simultaneous failure of the armature and stator windings or both stator windings - is detected only during diagnostics at the service center).
mechanical damage to the device.
occurrence of failures due to the action of third parties, force majeure, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions and/or external influences of aggressive environments and high temperatures.
normal wear and tear of the tool: complete or partial exhaustion of the resource, strong internal or external contamination, rust, used lubricant in the gearbox (see the chapter "Safety instructions" in the operating instructions).
damage to the tool caused by power surges.
damage to the product due to non-compliance with the storage and transportation rules (see chapter "Safety instructions").
after attempts to open, repair, modify the structure and lubricate the tool during the warranty period, as evidenced, for example, by creases on the grooved parts of the bodywork parts fasteners.
failures related to a lack of maintenance of the power tool.
a partially or completely disassembled power tool.
Preventive maintenance of the power tool (cleaning, rinsing and changing the lubrication) during the warranty period is a paid service.
The owner of the power tool entrusts the diagnosis to a service center in his absence.
Potential violations of the above-mentioned warranty conditions will be reported to the owner after the power tool has been diagnosed at a service center.
